This is the green coffee warehouse. Here lie the many different types of coffee that enter into our blends. The Bags weigh 60 or 70 kilos and come from exotic countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Indonesia, Costa Rica and other countries situated near the equator.
In the green coffee warehouse the coffee lies dry and can be stored for a longer period of time. The coffee is collected from the warehouse as it is needed in production; the bags are cut open automatically. After it has passed the cleaning stations and has been weighed, the coffee is transferred into large intermediate storage silos. Next step in the roast and grind process...
