Grinding

This is where the coffee beans are ground after the roasting process. These are large mills with steel rollers that cut the coffee into tiny bits. By adjusting the rollers the grinding degree is changed (filter ground or coarse ground).

The mill settings are remote controled, and daily samples are taken to test if the grinding degree is correct.

The mills weigh 6400 kilos and have a capacity if approximately 4000 kilos of coffee per hour.
