From bean to cup
The coffee berries resemble cherries. Inside the berries there are two seeds that lie flat sides together; these are the green coffee beans.
After the pulp is removed and the coffee beans have dried, they have to be roasted. It is during this process that the taste and aroma are released.
After the roasting the coffee is ground after the desired grinding degree and is then ready to be filtered to a tasty coup of coffee.
